He drew it. We just moved it onto clothes.
Aiden — we call him doudou — spent an afternoon on the driveway with a box of chalk. When we walked over there was a little guy on the ground: big ears, big eyes, and a grin that took up half his face. He looked so pleased with himself that we gave him the same nickname. doudou, meet doudou.
We took a photo. It rained the next day and he was gone.
But he stuck with us. Maybe every parent thinks their kid has something; we decided to act on it. That night we dug out the drawings Aiden had left around the house, spread them across the table, and decided to start doudou.
The first collection is that one little guy, printed exactly as he was drawn. Aiden has plenty more, and they'll find their way onto clothes too. If a kid wearing one of these picks up a crayon afterwards, that's the whole point.
